There is a minimum of 1/2 dozen per order / flavor. This means - if you want 3 flavors, you have to order at least 3 different flavor types.

Cake Charming's Thickalicious Cookies are about 3.15 - 4 inches in diameter.

 We operate on a pre-order basis and do not take same day orders. All orders must be placed by Thursday  9pm **CT of each week. Orders placed after 9pm will be processed for the following week.    

• We bake twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Mondays.
• Please place your orders by the Thursday before baking day (at least 7 days in advance).
• Orders are shipped the Wednesday following each baking day.
• Delivery fees apply as usual; please see our delivery policy for details.

  We bake fresh desserts twice a month, specifically on the 1st and 3rd Mondays. To ensure your order is included in a baking cycle, please place it by the Thursday before the baking day—that means giving us at least 7 days' notice. After baking, we carefully ship all orders on the following Wednesday. Standard delivery fees apply based on your location and order size; for details, please refer to our delivery policy. 

Special Requests:

• If you need an order for a specific date outside this schedule, please contact us  as early as possible to discuss options.

• Currently only shipping Cookies, Brownies and Rice Krispy treats
• Orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday /  not including holidays

As the cookies have no preservatives, all orders are shipped to arrive within 2 -3 days to maintain freshness.  Store them in an airtight container or in their individual bags on the counter for up to 10 days (at least!) from shipping date.

For a fresh-from-the-oven gooey center, pop your cookies in the microwave for about 10 seconds.

No microwave? No problem. Try 350° for 5 mins.

 Individually wrapped ~ Cookie care insert with storage + heating instructions.

• We do NOT ship with ice packs in summer. Why? In addition to the extra cost we would have to pass on to you, ice packs melt within a few hours; your packages are in transit for day(s).
• Melted chocolate in summer?  Some melted chocolate in transit is to be expected and a reality of shipping cookies; they can be put into the refrigerator to harden upon receipt.

Yes! We will send you a reminder email and / or call if it's getting close to pickup time and we haven't heard from you.

Our cookies are individually wrapped for freshness and will still be delicious for at least 10 days, as a conservative estimate. We use the highest quality ingredients in our cookies and they are soft-baked, so they stay as fresh as possible when shipped nationally. Of course, we always want our customers to experience our cookies as fresh as possible.

If you want something that isn't listed please email Tiffany@cakecharmingllc.com we are happy to be sweet to you. Once you place a cake order, a cake booking contract will be emailed directly to you. 

Special request must be placed 2-3 weeks before your event.

 Pick up and carry the box from the bottom. Never the sides. Keep the cake level at all times, including during transport. We recommend the passenger seat floorboard.  Never place the cake on the passenger seat, as it is slanted and will cause the cake to slide. 

 Once your cake is home, store it in the fridge on a level surface. Take the cake out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. 

Yes, a delivery fee will be charged, amount depends on how far from Oswego, IL.

No, we do not. If orders are placed closer to your event, an additional rush fee of $75.00 will be added to your total.

• USPS / FedEx only counts business days in their transit times, excluding the day the package is mailed, holidays and weekends.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions. We recommend placing your order in advance of the desired delivery date to avoid potential delays and order cut-off times.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Packages are delivered and left according to UPS policies. We bear no responsibility for delayed, missing or lost packages.

There is a flat rate shipping fee ($15) for every 6-12 cookies. After that, additional shipping charges apply. We also cannot guarantee an order will arrive by a certain date.

Allergens may be present in our products including eggs, wheat, dairy, nuts, and soy. We do not recommend people with a severe allergy to any of these ingredients to handle or consume our products.
